On Sunday, real estate firm Omaxe Ltd. Announced their consolidated net profit of Fourth quarter (ended March) is fall 55% of Rs. 12.98 crore against Rs.29.03 crore in the same period of 2015-16.The company releases its statement that their consolidated operations income is increased by 20% of Rs.451.92 crore against 376.11 crores in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Rohtas Goel, Chairman of Omaxe said that the aftermath of demonetization the real estate sector is slowly and steadily recovers, Tier II and Tier III cities continue to outcome metros. Max has been performing better because its major thrust areas are Tier II and III cities.
